....... was founded as a new venture at the beginning of 2002 by Trevor Reynaert IEng FIET

My engineering experience was gained initially by 14 years in the RAF working in the multi-disciplined environment of ground-based radar systems, with the final years spent in a training role. This was followed by a period working as a development engineer for Rank Xerox Ltd.

In 1978 I joined Linotype-Paul Ltd with responsibility for training service engineers of all nationalities on the maintenance of high-end colour scanners used in the graphic arts and printing industry.

Over the next 24 years, through many company name changes, Itek Colour Graphics, ICG, and finally Global Graphics Ltd, this role continued and expanded to include the management and production of User and Technical manuals. For the latter years I held the position of Scanner Technical Support Manager, but maintained a hands-on role in product development, personally writing all technical manuals and continuing to run all scanner engineering training courses and seminars.

I have supported colour scanners worldwide, and have a wide knowledge base in engineering, computing and colour related subjects.

Since forming the Company, I have worked on several major projects for international clients, producing single/multi-volume User, Technical and Servicing manuals for a wide variety of complex, latest-generation equipment that encompasses electro-mechanical systems, robotics, optical systems, computer software, etc., and have often carried out follow-up support training world-wide.
